To create a Piña Colada, you’ll need our Passionfruit & Pineapple rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and a splash of sugar syrup. You’ll want to blitz ingredients in a blender until silky smooth then pour into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and an umbrella to really get in the tropical mood.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Passionfruit & Pineapple Silver Rum
- 100 ml pineapple juice
- 75 ml coconut cream
- 25 ml sugar syrup
Instructions:
Blitz ingredients in a blender until silky. Pour into a chilled highball or pina colada glass and garnish with a paper umbrella and slice of pineapple.
