Espresso Martini
The Espresso Martini is a sophisticated and energising cocktail that brings together the bold flavours of coffee and the smoothness of a quality spirit, which is usually vodka. This decadent drink is a perfect choice for coffee lovers and those seeking a luxurious pick-me-up.
To create our version of the Espresso Martini, you’ll need our Pull the Pin Spiced Rum, coffee liqueur (we love Kahlúa), espresso and coffee beans to garnish. Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, strain into a chilled glass, add your coffee beans and enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 40 ml Pull The Pin Spiced Rum
- 20 ml Kahlúa
- 30 ml espresso coffee
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 3 whole coffee beans
Instructions:
Chill the glass. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into the glass. Garnish with coffee beans
