Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. During peak buying times, such as Black Friday and Christmas, our processing times may vary.
It is illegal to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18 in the UK. By purchasing through our website, you are confirming that you are above the legal drinking age. All orders must also be delivered to a person over the legal drinking age.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer free shipping on all UK orders over £50.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're very sorry for any inconvenience. If you're outside of the UK and would like to order our rums, please shop via Master of Malt today.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pullthepinspirits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Our returns policy gives up to 14-days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for you to return the item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pullthepinspirits.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
