French 75

The French 75 is an elegant and sparkling cocktail that combines the vibrant flavours of our botanical gin  with the tanginess of fresh lemon juice and the delicate sweetness of sugar syrup. The cocktail is elevated with the sparkle of champagne, creating a highly sophisticated beverage – perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Pull The Pin Gin
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• Champagne (or Prosecco) to taste

Instructions:

Shake the gin, lemon juice and syrup over ice. Strain into a champagne flute, top up with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
